Greek Yogurt Chicken
- 1- 1/2 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Or Tenders
- 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt (does Not Have To Greek Style)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Grill Seasoning (mine Has Salt, Pepper, And Garlic Powder)
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- If you are using chicken breasts, pound them to a uniform thickness, about 1 thick, then cut them into tender-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and spices.
- Mix until combined.
- Add the chicken pieces.
- Pour everything into a baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
