Shiitake Mushroom Mayonnaise & Cheese Bake with Shichimi Spice

• 8 Shiitake mushrooms
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (low calorie type)
• 1 Green onions (finely sliced)
• 1 Grated cheese
• 1 Shichimi spice

1. Remove the shiitake mushroom stems and arrange on foil.
2. Coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Top with green onions and sprinkle with shichimi spice.
4. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
