Clam Roll

  1. Preheat a grill.
  2. Combine the flour, corn flour, salt, and white pepper.
  3. Dip clams in evaporated milk then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture.
  4. Fill a deep pot halfway full with oil and heat to 350 degrees F.
  5. Fry the clams in the vegetable oil for approximately 1 to 2 minutes (depending on size), until golden brown.
  6. Lightly butter a split-top hot dog roll and grill on both sides.
  7. Place clams on roll and enjoy.
