Dried Beef Cheeseball Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. dry beef
- 1 bunch green onions
- Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- Let cheese come to room temperature.
- Chop beef very fine.
- Chop onions, including some of the greens.
- Add in all ingredients together.
- Shape into a ball and roll into minced nuts.
- Chill overnight for flavors to blend.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
