Turkey Cheese Pita
- 1 whole wheat pita bread round
- 1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 2 slices , cut into strips
- 1 oz. VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, sliced, cut into strips
- 1/8 medium red onion, slivered
- 3 medium size fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 kiwi
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 On-the-Go packet
- 1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz
- SPREAD pita evenly with mustard; top with spinach.
- Cover with turkey bologna, VELVEETA LIGHT, onions and mushrooms.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until VELVEETA LIGHT begins to melt.
- Complement meal with kiwi and yogurt.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
