Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette With Green Salad

• 2 tsp strawberry jam
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 salt to taste
• 1 pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 6 strawberries, sliced
• 4 cup chopped romaine or mixed greens of any kind

1. Place the jam in a medium bowl and whisk in the vinegar and then the extra virgin olive oil.
2. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
3. Add the strawberries and greens to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the dressing.
