No-Fat Marinated Chopped Tomato Salad

  1. Combine onions, tomatoes and bell pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, celery and mustard seeds, salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, boil for one minute, then immediately dress vegetables.
  4. Chill, for at least 2 hours.
