Braunschweiger Spread
- 8 oz. liver sausage
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle relish
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Assorted crackers
- Combine the first seven ingredients; pat into a bowl lined with plastic wrap.
- Cover with the wrap and chill.
- Invert onto a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
