Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta

  1. Add oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet and heat to medium.
  2. Cook chopped onions until translucent and garlic until golden brown for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour cream, milk and cheese.
  6. Simmer in low fire for about 10 minutes.
  7. Make sure to stir to every 3 minutes to avoid the cream from burning.
  8. Add spinach and cook for 3 minutes or until wilted.
  9. Serve over cooked pasta (use remaining butter).
