Steak and Spinach Romano Cheese Salad

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill steak 7 to 8 min.
  3. on each side or until cooked to medium doneness (160F).
  4. Remove steak from grill; set aside.
  5. Toss spinach with tomatoes, olives and garlic in large bowl.
  6. Add oil; mix lightly.
  7. Spoon onto large serving platter.
  8. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  9. Arrange over spinach mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
