Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

  1. Reserve chicken stock from cooking water.
  2. Saute/fry onion and celery in butter till tender.
  3. Mix with chicken, soup stock, cheese and pimentos.
  4. Cook spaghetti till tender.
  5. Drain.
  6. Pour into 3 qt casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
