Oriental Sesame Chicken Kabob Salad

  1. Marinate chicken in dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, using 2 Tbsp.
  2. of dressing for every 4 oz.
  3. of chicken.
  4. For each serving: Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Arrange 4 oz.
  6. chicken and 1/2 cup pineapple alternately on 2 skewers.
  7. Grill 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
  8. Toss 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup lettuce and 6 snow peas with 1/4 cup of the dressing.
  9. Place on serving plate; top with 2 kabobs.
  10. Garnish with 1/2 tsp.
  11. each of the sesame seed and green onions.
  12. Serve immediately.
