Yummy Broccoli Kugel (Quiche) II
- 2 lbs frozen broccoli
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 12 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 12 tablespoon chicken soup powder (optional)
- oil (for frying)
- Saute onions in a saucepan in oil on medium/low until translucent.
- Fully defrost broccoli or cook broccoli in microwave until fully thawed.
- In a bowl, using a fork or hand blender, mash all the broccoli.
- Add sauteed onions, eggs, mayo, flour, and seasonings.
- Stir.
- Pour into 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 for one hour or until center is set.
- Slice and serve.
