Ahi Tuna Mango Salsa salad

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in s sauce pan over medium/high heat.
  2. Rub tuna steak with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper very generously on each side.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. If you like your tuna more rare, cook each side less than 2 minutes.
  5. When tuna is done, remove and slice against the grain.
  6. Plate with lettuce and then top with tuna slices.
  7. Top with mango salsa and drizzle with the Asian sesame dressing.
