Ahi Tuna Mango Salsa salad
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Divided
- 1 whole Ahi Tuna Steak (Approximately Less Than A Pound)
- Sea Salt And Pepper
- 2 cups Lettuce Mix (usually Spinach, Arugula, Lettuce)
- 1/4 cups Mango Salsa
- 2 Tablespoons Asian Sesame Dressing
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in s sauce pan over medium/high heat.
- Rub tuna steak with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper very generously on each side.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip for another 2-3 minutes.
- If you like your tuna more rare, cook each side less than 2 minutes.
- When tuna is done, remove and slice against the grain.
- Plate with lettuce and then top with tuna slices.
- Top with mango salsa and drizzle with the Asian sesame dressing.
