Sesame-Mango Slaw with Grilled Shrimp
- 15 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1-1/4 qt. mangos, sliced Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1-1/4 qt. red and yellow peppers, cut into strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2-1/2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 2-1/4 cups radishes, sliced
- 1-1/4 cups green onions, sliced
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 1-1/4 qt. grilled shrimp (21 to 25 count) Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2/3 cup cashews, chopped
- Toss cabbage with mangos and vegetables.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- For each serving: Mound 3 cups (750 mL) of the vegetable mixture onto serving plate; top with 3 oz.
- (85 g) shrimp and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) nuts.
