So-Simple Tomato Fish Fillets
- 1 12 lbs fresh fish fillets (or fresh-frozen and partially thawed)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- parmesan cheese, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Arrange fish fillets to serve 4 people in a baking dish.
- Stir the canned tomato soup and pour over the fish.
- Sprinkle with lots of grated Parmesan cheese to your taste.
- Bake preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
