Pan-Seared Steak Skillet

  1. Mix 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing, garlic and 3/4 tsp.
  3. thyme until blended; brush onto both sides of steak in shallow dish.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Heat large heavy skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add steak; cook 5 to 6 min.
  7. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  8. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, except reduce the margarine to 1 Tbsp.
  9. Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat.
  10. Add mushrooms, onions and remaining thyme; stir.
  11. Cook 5 min.
  12. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Stir in sour cream.
  15. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on platter.
  16. Top with mushroom mixture.
  17. Serve with stuffing and beans.
