Russian Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 4 min.
  4. on each side or until browned.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet; place in 3-L baking dish.
  6. Mix dressing, jam and soup mix in small bowl.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Bake 45 min.
  9. or until chicken is cooked through.
