Italian Baked Orange Roughy Fish

• 4 orange roughy fillets (1 lb.)
• 2 cups chopped stemmed kale leaves
• 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. capers
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
4. Bake 20 to 25 min.
5. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
