Mahi Mahi Breakfast
- Margarine or butter, for flat grill
- 14 ounces mahi mahi, cut into 4 pieces
- Garlic and herb seasoning
- Oil the flat grill top with margarine or butter.
- Place fish down on grill and put a weight on top.
- Cook until browned on 1 side.
- Take off weight and flip.
- Lightly season with garlic and herb seasoning.
- Continue cooking until just cooked through.
- Add water under the weight to steam, if desired.
