Mahi Mahi Breakfast

  1. Oil the flat grill top with margarine or butter.
  2. Place fish down on grill and put a weight on top.
  3. Cook until browned on 1 side.
  4. Take off weight and flip.
  5. Lightly season with garlic and herb seasoning.
  6. Continue cooking until just cooked through.
  7. Add water under the weight to steam, if desired.
