• 12 ounces low-fat ice cream (softened)
• 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
• 14 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 ounce sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 ounces grape nut cereal

1. Mix together ice cream, Cool Whip, peanut butter and pudding.
2. Fold in Grape Nuts.
3. Spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
