Angel vege
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 cup bell paper
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander
- Add olive oil in pan
- Add ginger garlic paste
- And fresh vegetables.
- U can cut vegetables in ur style but I cut in finger shape .
- Stir fry it 3 to 4 min
- Add yogurt black paper salt and cook it on high flame .
- Add coriander and cover it and cook for 2 min on low flame.
- Dish out .decorate it cream or yogurt .
- U can eat it with rice
