Maple-Glazed Baked Peaches

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Peel peaches.
  3. Cut into thick slices and place in baking dish.
  4. Stir together maple syrup and whipping cream.
  5. Drizzle over peaches.
  6. Sprinkle with ginger.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until peaches are tender and glazed with sauce.
