Broccoli Parmesan Pasta
- 1/2 pounds Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 bunch Broccoli, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Butter Or Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Stock, Vegetable Or Chicken
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Boil pasta in salted water according to the packages directions.
- Four minutes before your pasta is done, add the chopped broccoli to the water and stir.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, and return them to the pot.
- Toss with olive oil or butter, parmesan cheese, and vegetable or chicken stock.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
