Campbells Oriental Chicken Skillet Recipe
- Prep/ Cook Time: 25 min
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's(r) Cream of Chicken or possibly 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 pkt (about 10 ounce.) frzn cut green beans
- 2 x green onions, cut into 1" pcs
- 4 c. warm cooked rice
- HEAT oil in skillet.
- Add in chicken and cook till browned.
- Add in soup, water, soy, ginger, beans and onions.
- Heat to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
- or possibly till done.
- Serve with rice.
