Greek Taboule Salad

  1. In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix and contents of Spice Sack.
  2. Stir in 1 cup boiling water and oil.
  3. Let stand 30 minutes.
  4. Stir cheese, tomato, basil and lemon juice into wheat mixture.
  5. Cover; chill 2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve with freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
