Brownie Sheet Cake Recipe
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9" x 13" pan. Cake Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 4 tsp cocoa
- 2 stk margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix flour and sugar together.
- Bring to boil the water, cocoa and margarine.
- Add in to first mix.
- Beat.
- Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, baking soda, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till after dipping toothpick into cake, the toothpick comes out clean.
- Frosting Ingredients1 stick margarine1/3 c. milk1 # powdered sugar1 teaspoon cinnamon4 Tablespoons cocoa1/2 c. nuts (optional)
- Use same saucepan.
- Bring to boil the margarine, lowfat milk, cinnamon and cocoa.
- Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts.
- Add in more lowfat milk if necessary to spread.
- Put on cake warm from the oven.
