Hot Beef Dip

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is browned.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, oregano, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in cheeses until melted.
  4. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish; serve warm with tortilla chips.
