Slow Cooker Saucy Meatballs
- 6 ounces Stove Top stuffing mix (1 package)
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 12 cup water
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- Combine stuffing mix, meat, egg, spices and water.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place meatballs in a single layer in a slow cooker.
- Top with mushrooms, peppers and spaghetti sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
