Turnip Greens Recipe
- 2 bunches turnip greens
- 2 bunches mustard greens
- 1/4 pound bacon or possibly salt pork
- 3-4 turnip tops
- 1/2 onion
- Pick long stems off greens; wash good several times to remove all grit.
- Put bacon or possibly salt pork into water and bring to a boil.
- If salt pork cook for 30 min, then add in green and mustard green cook for 1 hour then add in onion and turnip top, cut in big slices cook 1/2 hour more.
