Chicken Breasts with Salt Marinade
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Oil for deep-frying
- 1 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp *Honey
- 1/2 tbsp *Grated ginger
- 1/8 tsp *Grated garlic
- 3/4 tsp *Salt
- 1 dash *Pepper
- 1 * Shichimi spice (optional)
- 1 Egg
- 9 tbsp Katakuriko
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with the sake, sugar, and salt in that order.
- Rub in the seasonings and let sit for 1-2 minutes each time.
- Adjust the amount of katakuriko depending on the size of the egg.
- Adjust the consistency of your batter.
