cream beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 small salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 lb ground meat (only half)
- 1 1/2 lb jimmy dean ground sausage (only half)
- cook meat then drain meat then sit aside
- melt butter
- add flour
- stir together until flour is golden
- add milk
- add salt and pepper to taste
- cook on medium until thinking stirring occasionally
- add meat to gravy (blend well)
- now sever over biscuits
