cream beef

• 4 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp flour
• 1 small salt and pepper
• 2 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 lb ground meat (only half)
• 1 1/2 lb jimmy dean ground sausage (only half)

1. cook meat then drain meat then sit aside
2. melt butter
3. add flour
4. stir together until flour is golden
5. add milk
6. add salt and pepper to taste
7. cook on medium until thinking stirring occasionally
8. add meat to gravy (blend well)
9. now sever over biscuits
