Macaroni cheese pizza casserole
- 3 1/2 can creamy mushroom soup
- 2 onion medium chopped
- 2 clove garlic crushed
- 1 can tomato puree
- 400 grams cheddar cheese grated
- 1 salt, pepper, seasoning
- 1 tbsp Italian herb
- 1 kg beef mince
- 500 grams Macaroni
- in a pot, fry onions and garlic lightly.
- add herbs.
- add mince and fry until cooked.
- add tomato puree and cook for 30min to 1hr, this is usually when I cook the macaroni.
- Mix cooked macaroni, soup and 3/4 of the cheese
- layer the bottom of a lasagna pan with the macaroni mix
- layer mince sauce over the macaroni mix.
- use the leftover cheese to cover mince
- when ready, put into pre-heated oven (180c).
- bake for 30min and serve
