Ray's' Garlic Ranchero Breakfast Snacker
- 1 tube garlic bread sticks
- 1 cup precooked O'Briens hash brown potatoes
- 1 pre cooked bacon
- 1 queso ranchero"mexican" cheese
- 1 paprika
- 1 course ground black pepper
- 1 salt
- 2 cup Mexican salsa of choice
- 1/2 bushel cilantro chopped
- 1 oil to fry
- 1 eggs
- Start by cooking potatoes seasoning with your choice of seasonings.
- set aside.cook bacon set aside.
- add salsa to a microwave safe bowl add 1/2 cilantro heat up 1-2 minutes till warmed
- heat oil on med/low just a enough to fry you snackers
- roll out garlic sticks leave them whole try not to seperate.
- season with paprika, pepper & parsley.
- Roll out with rolling pin slightly.
- I used a 3 inch cookie cutter to cut out circles.
- Fry till golden only takes a few seconds.
- Drain on paper towels
- fry your eggs as you like.
- Now assemble.
- Snacker, salsa, potatoes, egg, bacon, salsa, cheese & cilantro.
