Our Family Favorite Onigiri Rice Balls

  1. Chop the umeboshi and shiso finely.
  2. Cut the sliced cheese into 1cm squares.
  3. Combine bonito flakes with the soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Add all the other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
  5. Here's a variation coated with bonito flakes, inspired by a recipeby user "Edamame-korosuke."
  6. This one's good too.
