Ham, Pecan, Blue Cheese, Pasta Salad Recipe
- 3 c. uncooked bowtie or possibly pinwheel pasta
- 4 ounce. cooked ham, minced into bite size pcs
- 1 c. coarsely minced pecans
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. Blue cheese
- 1/3 c. minced parsley
- 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary or possibly 2 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cool water and drain.
- Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese, tossing well.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately or possibly refrigerateif you like.
