Maple BBQ Pork Chops

  1. Combine bbq sauce, maple, and espresso powder in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer while pork cooks.
  3. Toss pork chops with enough olive oil to cover.
  4. Season.
  5. Bake at 350 until desired doneness.
  6. Brush chops with sauce during last five minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with crispy bacon.
