Chorizo And Vegetable Stir fry
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large dice onion
- 1 tbsp dice garlic
- 3 slice chorizo cut into strip
- 2 tbsp Campbells condensed oxtail soup
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 cup choi sum or any green vegetable
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 small red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- With oil saute the onion, ginger and garlic with chorizo cut into strip for 2 minutes then (add oxtail condensed soup with water and mix well) as gravy
- Add choi sum or and green leaf vegetable that you have and stir fry to mix then cover lid for another 2 minutes
- Add seasoning and 2 red small chili (optional ) let it simmer for another 2 minutes then off heat and serve
