Mustard Liver

  1. Sprinkle liver with salt and pepper and broil each side once.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in half the butter, lightly.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, mustard, parsley, onion and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Place liver in a shallow casserole and top with mixture.
  5. Add flakes of butter and broil until crumbs brown lightly.
