3 Grain Hot Cereal(Flat Belly Diet)
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1 apple, small, seeded and diced
- 14-12 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar, to taste
- 14 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- water
- Microwave apple with brown sugar and cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix grains with enough water to get them wet and a little soupy.
- Microwave 2 minutes.
- Mix milk in cereal.
- Top with apple and walnuts and enjoy.
