3 Grain Hot Cereal(Flat Belly Diet)

  1. Microwave apple with brown sugar and cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Mix grains with enough water to get them wet and a little soupy.
  3. Microwave 2 minutes.
  4. Mix milk in cereal.
  5. Top with apple and walnuts and enjoy.
