Fennel, Apple and Salmon Salad

  1. Toss romaine with leaf lettuce and fennel; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Place 2 cups of the romaine mixture on salad plate; top with 1/4 cup each of the Red Gala apples, Granny Smith apples and grapes.
  4. Add 1 cup salmon; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  5. each pecans and onions.
  6. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  7. dressing.
