Smoked Oyster Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients except Mayonaise.
  2. Make sure oysters are evenly distributed throughout salad.
  3. Add mayonaise a little at a time.
  4. When salad is slightly creamy, stop adding mayonaise.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
