Chef's Salad
- 6-1/4 gal. Torn mixed salad greens
- 3 qt. Red bell peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 3 qt. green onions, chopped
- 2-1/2 qt. cucumbers, sliced
- 3 qt. pitted black olives
- 50 each Hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- 300 slices CROWN Cold Cut Trio Stacks; Turkey, Ham, Turkey Bologna, 5 oz. Slice, cut into julienne strips
- 3 qt. KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
- Toss all ingredients except meat and dressing in large bowl.
- For each serving: Place about 3-1/4 cups greens mixture on serving plate; top with 2 julienned slices each ham, turkey and pastrami.
- Drizzle with 1/4 cup dressing.
