Praline Dream Pie
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 baked pastry shell, cooled
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip topping mix
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
- Heat nuts, margarine and sugar in small saucepan until margarine and sugar are melted and mixture comes to boil.
- Boil 30 seconds.
- Spread on bottom of shell and cool.
- Beat whipped topping, 1 cup milk and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed about 6 minutes or until topping thickens and forms peaks.
- Add remaining milk and pudding mix; blend on low speed. Beat on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Spoon into pastry shell.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
- Garnish as desired.
- Makes 8 servings.
