Chocolate Scotchies
- 5 cups Rice Krispies
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup honey
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Melt honey, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in microwavable dish for 30 sec.
- Stir.
- Cook another 30 sec until melted.
- Do not overcook.
- Add Rice Krispies to melted mixture - stir quickly.
- Press firmly into greased 9x13 pan using back of buttered spoon to prevent sticking.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwavable bowl (approx 1-2min stirring every 30 sec.)
- Spread melted chips on top of rice krispies.
- Allow chocolate topping to cool and harden.
- Cut into squares.
- Enjoy!
