An Elegant Trick to Remove the Cellophane from the Natto
- 1 pack Natto
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Open the lid of the natto as usual, and remove the accompanying sauce and Japanese mustard packets.
- Slip a small section of the cellophane out of the container, close the lid, then pull out the cellophane while pressing down on the lid.
- Once it is pulled out, fold it up with the sticky side inside.
- Remove the lid of the natto along the perforations, then place the cellophane on top.
- Then, mix in the packets of sauce and Japanese mustard as usual.
- Then, naturally, place the empty packets on top of the lid.
- Season the natto to your liking.
- When I get sick of the sauce and Japanese mustard, I mix in sesame oil and salt.
- Give it a try!
