Broccoli Salad
- 2 bunches broccoli florets
- 12 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 13 cup white wine vinegar
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- salt & pepper
- In large bowl combine first 4 ingredients.
- mix dressing ingredients well.
- pour over salad mix well
- chill & serve.
