Harvest Chicken & Vegetable Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss vegetables with dressing; spoon half into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake 30 min., stirring after 15 min.
  3. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in single layer next to vegetables.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. or until vegetables are tender and chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  6. Top with cheese; bake 5 min.
  7. or until lightly browned.
