Mom's Simple Clam Chowder
- 1 large onion
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can clams
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- Suate bacon, celery and onions.
- Mix tomato sauce and clam juice from can.
- Add Salt and pepper,sauted bacon, onions and celery and potatoes.
- Add milk and clams and simmer 15 minutes.
