Reveler's Relish

  1. Remove seeds from the peppers.
  2. Finely chop the peppers and the cucumber.
  3. Combine chopped vegetables with the remaining ingredients.
  4. This relish can be eaten right away but it is better if allowed to sit for several hours.
  5. Store it in a covered container in the refrigerator.
